Twelve Step Facilitation Therapy (TSF)
In 2008 TSF underwent an extensive peer review and was selected for inclusion in the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP). The NREPP is a resource that is used by individuals and organizations who wish to insure that they are utilizing evidence-based treatments. TSF has also undergone a peer review and was selected for inclusion in the American Psychological Association's official list of Evidence-Supported Treatments.

"TSFDD" is currently being evaluated in a 5-year clinical trial sponsored by NIAAA and implemented at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center.
